From time to time you may find you have forgotten your password. There are two ways to reset your password:
Password reset via security questions
Password reset via email
Following are step-by-step instructions for what to do if you forget your password.
If you forget your password, go to insight.hoopp.com and select the I forgot my password link.
Enter User ID and correctly enter the Captcha text. Select Next.
Resetting your password using security questions
To change your password using security questions, select the Let me answer my security questions button.
Correctly answer the security question and select Next.
Note: One of the three security questions you chose when you registered will randomly be displayed. If you answer the first one incorrectly, a different question will be chosen.
If you fail to answer all of your security questions correctly, your account will be locked and you will have to contact HOOPP.
Choose a new password that meets all of the password criteria. Once you have confirmed your new password, select Save.
Once your password has been changed, use the Back to sign in button to try signing in with your new password.
Resetting your password by email
To change your password using the email option, select the Send me an email with a link button.
You will receive a message instructing you that an email has been sent to you.
Go to your email and open the message from NOREPLY@hoopp.com.
Use the Click Here To Reset Your Password link.
Choose a new password that meets all of the password criteria. Once you have confirmed your new password, select Save.
Once your password has been changed, use the Back to sign in button to try signing in with your new password.
