SOA - Contributions Reconciliation Summary

This aid includes step-by-step instructions on how to access the SOA – Contribution Reconciliation Summary.

	In the HOOPP Insight Document Viewer, select SOA – Contribution Reconciliation Summary from the list.
	Use the Search button to search for this document.
	Select the Action beside the Statement of Account in the list. This will download the SOA to your computer.
	Open the downloaded file to see your SOA – Contributions Reconciliation Summary. This will provide a summary of Remitted and Reported Contributions, along with the outstanding balance i.e. the difference between remitted and reported contributions. Important: The figures listed under Remitted Contributions on this report reflect the amount that you have declared in your remittance for this reconciliation period. Amounts listed under Reported Contributions represent the actual member data you reported. For example, MDC data, lump sum contributions data or events data.
