Below is an outline of the Member Information reports and where to find them within Insight.

Member Participation Report	Enrolment Dates for Actives Report Contribution Status Change Report Employer Status Change Report SIN Change Report Name Change Deltas Report	Shows plan-related information for both active and non-active (terminated, retired, deceased) members. This report can be used to view member information in preparation for the annual member data collection process.	Report Generator
Member Leaves Report	Leaves Report Leaves Commencement Report Leaves Completed Report	After choosing a specific year, this report lists active members (i.e. terminated members will not be included even if they had a leave prior to termination) with leaves in that year or leaves from previous year(s) where the leave remains open. This report can be used in preparation for the annual member data process to review and identify leaves that have not been reported or leaves that should be closed.	Report Generator
Member Disability Report	Health Leaves Report	Lists members that are currently on free accrual or on a health leave that qualifies for free accrual (leave is equal to or greater than 15 weeks), or members that have started the disability application process.	Report Generator
Address Updates Report	Member Address Change Report	Shows address updates for current members over the last six months.	Report Generator

Contributory Status Column Description	Definition
Contributory	The member is Part-Time
Non-Contributory	The member is Part-Time and has waived contributions
Blank Column	The member is Full-Time
