SOA - Statement of Account

This aid includes step-by-step instructions on how to access the SOA - Statement of Account:

	In the HOOPP Insight Document Viewer select SOA - Statement of Account from the list.
	Use the Search button to retrieve your Statement of Account.
	Select the Action beside the Statement of Account in the list. This will allow you to open or download the SOA to your computer.
	Open the file to see your SOA. The SOA will list the invoices and returns for the reconciliation period, along with the remaining balance of each invoice or return.
