Dashboard Overview

After logging into HOOPP Insight you will land on the Dashboard home page.   At the top of the page you will see a scrolling news banner that you can click on for more information.



There are 2 ways to navigate throughout the site. You can drill down into the site from the left-hand icon navigation or the tile boxes. Note: tile boxes will only display if you have the corresponding access role (i.e. the Remittance Tile box will only display for Payment Administrator and Global Administrator roles).
There are 10 tile boxes in total:
  1. Member Events
  2. My Data Collections
  3. Remittances
  4. Find a Member
  5. HOOPP Team
  6. Secure Messages
  7. Document Viewer
  8. Requests for Information
  9. My Team
  10. Account Summary

The dashboard is filtered to display only transactions or items that are in progress including items you have started but not yet submitted to HOOPP, or items HOOPP has identified that require your action.  You can go into each section and change the filter to see items that have been completed/submitted to HOOPP.
