After logging into HOOPP Insight you will land on the Dashboard home page.

To find a member, go to the Find A Member tile and enter the Last Name (or part of a last name - e.g. "Smi" to see all names containing "smi" in the name) or SIN.

Then select the Search icon.

The search results will be shown on the Members screen.

Select the Member from the list provided and summary information will be displayed on the right.

Select View/Edit Member Profile to view more details or make changes.

The Overview page provides a snapshot of the member’s profile  - i.e. basic member information, employment summary and Disability status (if applicable).

To update basic information such as the member’s First Name, Last Name or Gender, select Edit.

Note: If you need to update any other Member information, you will need to provide it through a Data Collection.

Once any changes have been made, select Save.

Then select Back to List to return to the Member search listing.

To view detailed employment information for the member, select the Employment tab.

This page shows the member’s Employment Status, Payroll Information, Employment Type, and any Service Breaks.

If the member has applied for Disability benefits, a section will appear showing Disability information.

Note: The information on this page is viewable only.

To view any events for the member, select the Events tab. Event details will be displayed on the right.

Note: View/Edit Event details are only available if the event is still in progress.

Once an event has been submitted to HOOPP, you can only view summary information.
