The following are step-by-step instructions on how to generate reports and view documents. Follow the steps below and refer to the corresponding screenshots provided in each section to process this request.
| From the My Reports & Documents tile, select Documents and then select View All. | ||
| Go to the General Document tab. Under Search Parameters, select Forms from the Category drop-down menu. Then select Search. | ||
| From the Action column, select the blue circled arrow to open the Form. The form can be saved from here. |
