| After logging into HOOPP Insight you will land on the Dashboard home page. To find a member, go to the Find A Member tile and enter the Last Name (or part of a last name - e.g. "Smi" to see all names containing "smi" in the name) or SIN. Then select the Search icon. | ||
| The search results will be shown on the Members screen. Select the Member from the list provided and summary information will be displayed on the right. Select View/Edit Member Profile to view more details or make changes. | ||
| The Overview page provides a snapshot of the member’s profile - i.e. basic member information, employment summary and Disability status (if applicable). |
