The Member Updates section contains the following information will be found in the Member Updates section(the blue text provides a hyperlink to that specific section):



Editing Member InformationFrom the dashboard home page, go to the find a member tile and enter the last name or SIN of the member you'd like to find/edit.  You can select the member and view/edit their profile.

Leaves of Absence

Leave of Absences are now processed through the Member Event tile

First Name, Last Name and/or Gender can be updated right in the Member's profile.   Step by step processing instructions are located in the Editing Member Information section.


Status Changes

If employment or contributory status changes

Status changes, including Employment (from full-time to part-time), Contributory Status or when a member elects to waive their contributions,

SIN/DOB Changes

Changes to a member's SIN or DOB are submitted to HOOPP through a Data Collection (Member Basic Data).
