| Review your records and confirm any part-time members who took and paid for a leave of absence during 2019. You will have to report their contributory service to HOOPP during MDC and having this information available will help support the process. |

If you receive this request, please ensure this information is provided by the requested due date.Receiving this information early means you won’t have to provide the information again during the MDC, and you will be able to retrieve those PAs well in advance of your T4 deadline. |
