The Member Updates section contains the following information (the blue text provides a hyperlink to that specific section):



Editing Member Information

First Name, Last Name and/or Gender can be updated right in the Member's profile.   Step by step processing instructions are located in the Editing Member Information section.


Status Changes

Status changes, including Employment (from full-time to part-time), Contributory Status or when a member elects to waive their contributions, are submitted to HOOPP through a data collection (Member Basic Data).  Step by step processing instructions are in the Status Changes section.


SIN/DOB Changes

Changes to a member's SIN or DOB are submitted to HOOPP through a Data Collection (Member Basic Data).  


Leaves of Absence

Leave of Absence are now processed through the Member Events section.
