Below is an outline of the MDC reports and where to find them within Insight.

Shows year-end member data (weeks, contributions, AE and PA) that was submitted for all members, including members that terminated, retired or deceased in the MDC Year. It also identifies members that were on disability in the MDC year. This report will only include members where data has been submitted within the reporting year.

This report can be used to identify members with data that you have updated within the MDC process.

Member Information Report

Provide employers with member data (e.g. weeks, contributions, AE and PA) for the target year for all members that were Current in the target year. This includes members that terminated, retired, deceased, or were amalgamated in the target year.

           

Employers will use this report to obtain a summarized view of all data currently on file for the target year. In addition employers will use this report to obtain the Pension Adjustment for members that were on disability in thein the target Year.

The purpose of this report is to provide Employers with a list of members where an amended PA has been calculated during and for the reconciliation period.

The purpose of this report is to identity the difference between the initially reported (manually entered or imported) Pension Adjustment and the Pension Adjustment that was submitted to HOOPP. All MDC data adjustments (associated to weeks and contributions) are available in the MDC Adjustment Report.
