The General Overview and Navigation pages will assist all users in maneuvering within HOOPP Insight. We have split this overview into six sections to assist you in identifying the area(s) you would like to focus on:
When you first log into HOOPP Insight, you will land on the Dashboard homepage. The dashboard includes a series of tiles which are organized and presented in an easy to use format. There is also a left Hand Navigation Bar that you can use to access each of the tiles as well as additional items. | |

In Insight, you can filter results by clicking on a filter icon beside each column heading. You can also search by typing a full or partial name into a search box (where applicable). | |
To find a member from the dashboard, go to the Find a Member tile and enter the last name and/or SIN and select search. | |
Within HOOPP Insight, there are different status codes for Member Events, Data Collection and Remittances which allows you to easily identify what step/stage of the process your Member Events, Data Collection and Remittances are at. | |
This allows you to manage your team roles and access. Only users with Global Admin access can add/delete or change other users within HOOPP Insight. |
