This aid includes step-by-step instructions on how to access the SOA - Statement of Account:

Image Modified	In the HOOPP Insight Document Viewer select SOA - Statement of Account from the list.
Image Modified	Use the Search button to retrieve your Statement of Account.
Image Modified	Select the Image Modified Action beside the Statement of Account in the list. This will allow you to open or download the SOA to your computer.
Image Modified	Open the file to see your SOA. The SOA will list the invoices and returns for the reconciliation period, along with the remaining balance of each invoice or return.
