Editing Member InformationFrom the dashboard home page, go to the find a member tile and enter the last name or SIN of the member you'd like to find/edit.  You can select the member and view/edit their profile.

Leaves of Absence

Functionality for Leaves is currently under construction.  Currently leaves are processed through a Data Collection event but will be moving to a Member Event process.  
Status ChangesIf employment or contributory status changes

First Name, Last Name and/or Gender can be updated right in the Member's profile.   Step by step processing instructions are located in the Editing Member Information section.


Status Changes/DOB and SIN

Status changes, including Employment (from full-time to part-time), Contributory Status or when a member elects to waive their contributions,

SIN/DOB Changes

Changes to a member's SIN or DOB are submitted to HOOPP through a Data Collection (Member Basic Data).
