This aid includes step-by-step instructions on how to access the SOA - Statement of Account:

| In the HOOPP Insight Document Viewer select SOA - Statement of Account from the list. |

| Use the Search button to retrieve your Statement of Account. |

| Select the  Action beside the Statement of Account in the list. This will allow you to open or download the SOA to your computer. |

| Open the file to see your SOA. The SOA will list the invoices and returns for the reconciliation period, along with the remaining balance of each invoice or return. |
