To change your password using security questions, select the Let me answer my security questions button. | Panel |

Correctly answer the security question and select Next. Note: One of the three security questions you chose when you registered will randomly be displayed. If you answer the first one incorrectly, a different question will be chosen. If you fail to answer all of your security questions correctly, your account will be locked and you will have to contact HOOPP. | Panel |

Choose a new password that meets all of the password criteria. Once you have confirmed your new password, select Save. | Panel |
