The following are step-by-step instructions on how to generate reports and view documents. Follow the steps below and refer to the corresponding screenshots provided in each section to process this request.



From the My Reports & Documents tile, select Documents and then select View All.

Go to the General Document tab.

Under Search Parameters, select Forms from the Category drop-down menu.

Then select Search.

 

From the Action column, select the blue circled arrow to open the Form.

The form can be saved from here.
