How does the MDC process affect members?

The MDC process is one of the most important events of the year and although your members aren’t involved in the process, MDC has a major impact on your members’ pensions and the services that we provide them! Meeting the MDC deadline ensures that HOOPP has the most accurate data to calculate the member’s benefit entitlement, that members receive their annual statements on time, and finally, that they have access to accurate information on HOOPP Connect so that they can make informed decisions on their pension.
