The secure mailbox allows administrators to communicate confidential member information directly to HOOPP in a secure manner and vice versa. Because this is a secure form of communication, you may choose to include a member’s confidential information.
The secure mailbox can be used for topics such as:
- General Request
- Enrolment
- Retirement
- Termination
- Pre-Retirement Death
- Remittance
- Data Collection
- Disability
- SOA
- MDC
- Leaves of absence
- Buyback
- Family Law
New messages will appear on the HOOPP Insight Dashboard in the Secure Messages tile. From the secure messages area you can create, view and reply to messages including attaching multiple files (up to a 10 MB file size) to those messages as needed. Messages can also be archived and retrieved for viewing at a later time.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, you will be notified by email when you have new unread secure messages in HOOPP Insight to help you manage your messages.
