The General Overview and Navigation pages will assist all users in manoeuvring within Insight.  We have split this overview into six sections to assist you in identifying the area(s) you would like to focus on:



Dashboard Overview

When you first log into HOOPP Insight, you will land on the Dashboard homepage.  The dashboard includes a series of tiles which are organized and presented in an easy to use format. 

Tile Features and Layout

These tiles and layout let you view a summary of work in progress, go to detailed listings, or initiate new activities.  You can perform actions like view and initiate member events, view and process data collections including MDC, view and initiate remittances, generate and respond to secure messages, find a member, view your HOOPP Team contact information, manage your team roles and access, generate and access reports and view your account summary. 

There are also easy access buttons that allow you to quickly identify action items and initiate new events. 

Using Filters and Search Functionality

In Insight, you can filter results by clicking on a filter icon beside each column heading.  You can also search by typing a full or partial name into a search box (where applicable). 

Find and View Member Information

To find a member from the dashboard, go to the Find a Member tile and enter the last name and/or SIN and select search.  

Insight Statuses

Within Insight, there are different status codes for Member Events, Data Collection and Remittances.  

Access Management

This allows you to manage your team roles and access.  Only users with Global Admin access can add/delete or change other users within Insight.
