The following member events can be worked on and viewed within the member event tile:



Enrolment 

Enrolling a new member using Insight can be done by manual entry or a file upload.  For a manual enrolment , go to the Find a Member tile in the dashboard home page and click on the Enrol a Member, this will take you to the enrolment page.  Here you will enter the member enrolment details.  To enrol members using a batch file upload process, go to the data collection tile and click on New Data Collection.   This will take you to the Creation Data Collection page where you will identify the data type event.  

Termination

Terminating a member using Insight can be done by manual entry or a file upload.  For manual termination, go to the Member Events tile in the dashboard home page and click on initiate new event.  This will take you to the events page where you will click on initiate new event and select termination from the drop down menu.  To terminate using a batch file process, go to the data collection tile and click New Data Collection.  Now select data type and select events final data from the drop down menu to get to the upload file stage.  

Death Before Retirement

In the unfortunate event that a member passes away, you will need to submit a death before retirement event through the Member Events tile on the dashboard home page.  

Retirement

When a member is retiring you must submit a retirement notice to HOOPP, this initiates a retirement package to be sent to the member for them to make decisions regarding their options.
