When entering member terminations on HOOPP Insight there are 3 different ways you can do this:

  1. Manual Entry - enter each termination individually by keying it manually on HOOPP Insight (ideal if you have 1 or 2 terminations to enter).
  2. File Builder (Excel Template) - download HOOPP's Events Final Data File template, key or copy terminations information onto the template and upload it to HOOPP Insight (ideal if you have a few terminations to enter).
  3. File Upload - build a file directly from your payroll/HRIS system that is in the file format specifications.  (usually for a large number of terminations).

The three subcategories will walk you through each process step-by-step.



For incorporated physicians only

We encourage incorporated physicians to reach out to their Employer Services Specialist to confirm their specific circumstances and any impacts to their participation agreement with HOOPP and, as applicable, impacts to members that are part of their Medicine Profession Corporation (MPC).
