Important

The following sections of the Employer Administration Manual have been updated:

• Section 1 clarifying changes added.

• Section 2 was shortened and clarifying changes added.

• Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 updated to reflect Plan administration for incorporated physicians, effective January 1, 2025.

• Section 4.4 was also added to illustrate calculation of employee contributions and service for incorporated physicians. Hyperlinks to prior sections 4.4 - 4.11 updated to accommodate newly added section.    

• Sections 3.4, 3.8, 3.10, 4.7, 4.8, 4.11, 5.1, 5.6, 6, 11.3 and A.2 updated references to buying eligible past service.

• Sections 4.8, 4.9, 5.2, 5.3 and 7.3 updated to remove references to extended timelines provided to support members during the COVID-19 outbreak.

• Other minor clarifying changes made including addition of 2025 year's maximum pensionable earnings and reference to 2024 benefit improvement.
