We recognize that offering the Plan takes effort and commitment, which is why we appreciate the important role you play as a valued HOOPP employer. 

It is through your support that we can effectively communicate the benefits of HOOPP to your eligible part-time, contract and casual employees who are not yet part of the Plan. To encourage enrolment, we have developed easy-to-share promotional materials for your organization’s various communication channels.

These resources are designed to enhance your organization’s recruitment and onboarding efforts, and to provide continuous education, supporting employee retention. Sharing these materials, in addition to The HOOPP Handbook, will help communicate your commitment to a strong financial future for all eligible employees, enriching your workforce and strengthening your organization's position in the job market.

There are 3 types of material available:

  1. Recruitment

    1. Recruitment material available for you to use includes content and a digital badge to display as a proud HOOPP employer on your job postings, offer letters, LinkedIn, Indeed and career pages!

  2. Onboarding

    1. This section contains links to PowerPoint slides for employee recruitment and onboarding presentations as well as a one-pager handout that you can easily share digitally or print when you need to!

  3. Ongoing education and awareness

    1. As part of our effort to help you with providing ongoing education and awareness for your employees, this section includes information such as:

      1. A printable poster

      2. A reminder email to encourage eligible employees to join HOOPP

      3. Content for your organization’s intranet and social media channels

      4. Informational slide for your TVs and digital screens

      5. A short video that easily explains how HOOPP helps members secure their future
