Enrol all Full Time Employees & Offer the Plan to all non-Full Time Employees (Member Events)

Whenever a new employee is hired, your role is to:
- Briefly outline the key provisions of the Plan including member and employer contribution rates, the pension formula, and when members can retire
- Provide a copy of the new hire overview brochure, "The HOOPP Handbook" - click here to view the handbook
- Enrol eligible members via the employer website – HOOPP Insight.  HOOPP defines eligibility based on Full Time and Non-Full Time status. For more information on status and HOOPP eligibility, please click on the link to the Admin Manual (Section 3: Enrolments)
In order to enrol your members, you will need to sign into HOOPP Insight using your business email address and password. Â When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your profile (see How to get Started).Â
Member Events Tile:
Enrolment | Enrolling a new member using Insight can be done by manual entry or a file upload. For a manual enrolment , go to the Find a Member tile in the dashboard home page and click on the Enrol a Member, this will take you to the enrolment page. Here you will enter the member enrolment details. To enrol members using a file upload process, go to the data collection tile and click on New Data Collection.  This will take you to the Creation Data Collection page where you will identify the data type event.  |

After logging into HOOPP Insight you will land on the Dashboard home page. From the Member Events tile select New Event or View All. | |

On the Events Summary Page, click on Initiate New Event from the drop-down menu. | |
From the Drop Down Menu, Select the upcoming Member Event to work on. Each event will take the user to the appropriate page. | |
