Submitting Member Data to HOOPP

Once you have provided all of your annual member data and addressed any warnings or errors, we recommend validating one more time to ensure that all the warnings and errors have been cleared. Then you can submit your data collection to HOOPP.

Select Continue to proceed.

Review your submission for accuracy.

Then select Submit to send the information to HOOPP.

Select Confirm in the pop-up window to complete the submission.

Your MDC submission now appears on the Data Collections page.

You can click on the new submission to see a summary on the right.
